Yes, we will utilize macro and calorie tracking in this bootcamp. However, we will only focus on calories and protein, as well as using tracking as a tool for education and NOT a tool for restriction. Definitely a different perspective on "macros" than you've ever learned. You will also receive guidance on how to NOT track macros if that doesn't work for you!
We will provide SAMPLE meal plans to guide you, however there will not be an assigned meal plan. Assigning a standard meal plan does not take into account individual variability nor does it really teach you anything. Remember, we want you to come out of this with knowledge and skills to maintain your results, and forced meal plans don't do that. Instead, you will be encouraged to eat the foods you know and love, in appropriate amounts for your goals.
Yes, you will get free access to home or gym based programs included with this bootcamp for no extra charge! There will be a "suggested" bootcamp training program as well as other programs to choose from.
